Find an immigration detention facility

To find a person currently being held by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), use the Online Detainee Locator System

If you cannot find them through the online system, contact an ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) field office.

If you know the facility where the person is being held, contact the immigration detention facility directly.

Check an immigration court case status

For the status of an immigration court case, use the automated case information system online or call 1-800-898-7180.
